Strict Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
1. No Cancellation Policy
At The Saree Triangle, we pride ourselves on ultra-fast dispatch to ensure you get your unique finds quickly. Because most of our inventory consists of unique, single-piece items, our logistics system is automated to process orders immediately.
Therefore, we do not accept cancellation requests once an order has been successfully placed and payment is captured.
2. Why No Cancellations?
- Single Inventory: Holding an item for a cancelled order prevents other interested buyers from purchasing it.
- Automated Logistics: Our shipping partners are notified instantly upon order confirmation.
3. Exceptions
The only exception is if we cancel the order due to:
- Item failing final quality check before packing.
- System error resulting in double-booking of a single item.
- Unserviceable delivery pincode.
In such rare cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method immediately.
