Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timeline

We dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
• Remote Areas (J&K, North East): 7-10 business days.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays due to weather, courier strikes, or local restrictions are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999. A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this amount. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee where applicable.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link and Airway Bill (AWB) number. You can track your package on our website's "Track Order" page or directly on the courier partner's website.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties, if any, are to be borne by the customer upon delivery.

6. Non-Delivery

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send it back to you.
