Important: As a curated thrift platform, our return policies are strict to maintain fair pricing for sellers and buyers. Please read carefully.
1. 48-Hour Complaint Window
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find any significant damage or discrepancy that was not disclosed in the product description, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances, as tracking the source of damage becomes impossible.
2. Condition Disclosure
All items on The Saree Triangle are pre-loved, vintage, or upcycled. Normal signs of wear (e.g., minor thread pulls, faint fading) are expected and are not valid grounds for return. We explicitly disclose major defects in the product description/photos.
Returns will only be accepted if there is a major discrepancy between the listed condition and the actual product (e.g., large tear not mentioned, wrong color sent).
3. Store Credit vs. Refunds
To protect our sellers and streamlined operations:
- Store Credit (Preferred): In case of a valid return, we will issue Store Credit for the full order amount equal to the price of the returned product. This credit has no expiry date and can be used for any future purchase.
- Cash Refunds: Cash refunds to the original payment source are only processed in exceptional cases (e.g., order lost in transit, product out of stock after payment).
4. Return Process
- Email us at support@sareetriangle.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue within 48 hours.
- Our Quality Team will review the claim within 24 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (or ask you to self-ship if pickup is unavailable).
- Once the item reaches us and passes quality check, Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
- Customized or altered items (e.g., fall/pico added on request).
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
